I purchased a total of four of these for our cars. Husband had an easy time installing both the front and back cameras. The rear camera cable was long enough for his SUV and plenty long for our sedans. One of the rear cables was faulty and a replacement was quickly shipped by customer service after contacting them. They definitely stand behind their products. Camera picture quality is very good - license plates can be read. That is a great thing considering two previous experiences with hit and runs. My only criticism right now is that the camera clips can’t be viewed on the phone app without downloading them first. I’m not sure why. App has a variety of settings on recording preferences which is great. Overall, I recommend this product.
