ShipInsure is designed to help when something goes wrong during delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged during shipping, you can submit a claim for review through the ShipInsure claims portal.
ShipInsure helps with:
- Packages lost in transit
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Items damaged during shipping
Approved claims are typically resolved through a refund or reshipment.

Refunds for Package Protection
If your order has not shipped yet, the ShipInsure Package Protection fee may be refunded.
Once your order has shipped, ShipInsure is already protecting the package and the Package Protection fee is no longer refundable.
AfterShip Coverage:
- A free return shipping label for eligible returns
- A 60-day return window from fulfillment
- An online return portal to start your return
What Do You Need Help With?
Lost or Damaged Package on Arrival
If your package was lost, marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or arrived damaged during shipping, please submit a claim through our ShipInsure claims portal.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and approved claims are resolved by refund or reshipment.
I Want to Return My Order
If you would like to return your order, you can start your return here.
Customers who purchased Package Protection + Free Returns receive a free return shipping label, and returns can be initiated within 60 days of fulfillment.
I Need Help with a Warranty Claim
If you need help with a warranty claim, please use our dedicated warranty claims page here.
All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, whether or not Package Protection + Free Returns was added at checkout.
