Battery Pack Replacement Cables

The wires from the original Power Output Cable with Socket that came with my PowerCell 8 Battery Pack had disconnected over time, and a replacement was ordered to restore my Dash Cam's operation. I am very happy once again to have the Dash Cam keeping a watchful eye on my vehicle and the roadways.

Very easy to splice to shorten cables and have a clean install

Cables were the perfect ones I needed. Customer Service was awesome.

Already conveniently spliced to work with various dash cams (it’s order specific).
Unfortunately, voltage cutoff switch seems faulty. Just slides across all 4 settings without any clicking sensation. Reached out to customer support and was told it’s really unnecessary since I’m using a battery pack. I get it but still wished it clicked as it should.

Didn’t use the cigarette lighter plug, had it installed hardwired.

I had to pull my original batteries out of my other vehicle and left the wiring in. I ordered a hardwire kit for the batteries, but the actual cable was left out I needed that also. I called Black Park my car and they acknowledged the mistake and had the cable that I needed Shipped literally overnight. Fast great service is the earmark of a good company and product. This has both.

I contacted Blackbox My Car and gave them the model numbers and they were able to help me with the exact part numbers needed for me to reinstall my Viofo cameras and parking battery backup on a new car. Really fast delivery. The parts were at my door before I could license my car. Great job!

Getting a new car, had to leave the GX1000 & PC8 battery cables in the old car. Needed to get new cables. your organization was great in providing these cables. my installer love it.

Old Cigarette Lighter power cable discontinue, replaced by pc8 power cable works well, more efficiently, no doubt it take's easy to light up battery

My last adaptor melted :|
however, this adaptor featured a couple upgrades. The 12v side features a 90 degree wire connection which is great, i dont have a wire sticking straight out. Cable felt a little sturdier too, but also shorter which i dont mind. Less chance of getting caught up in. A little pricey (-1), but ordering the correct cable was easy, no mix up in packaging, no problems during shipping and it connected to my Cellink Neo with no hassle. Would def order again :)

I needed a new cable as my old one had broken somehow. As I was looking for a specific BlackVue one, I wasn’t able to find it on the site. Contacting customer support though, they were able to quickly provide me the CellLink cable and inform me that it’s compatible. Their response times were exquisite. Responses were received within 5 minutes. It was fantastic. The wow factor didn’t end there however. I made the purchase order mid afternoon, by evening I’d gotten confirmation that it was shipped. Delivery was supposed to take 3 days, but they’re partnered with FedEx and I instead got it next day. From me contacting customer support to receiving the product took less than 20 hours. Simply amazing!

When I purchased my Thinkware dash cam and Celink battery several years ago, I had a thousand questions. Staff was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and most patient in helping give me a greater awareness of exactly what I needed for my particular system.
