I love my Thinkware U1000. This is my very first dash cam. It's very user friendly and has great video resolution with 4K in the front and 2K QHD in the back. I had also purchased the Cellink Neo battery as part of my purchase and installation, I can rest easy knowing that all parking mode incidents will be captured. I dealt with Katrina who was well versed in the product and was very helpful throughout my purchase and installation experience. I am very particular with installation neatness and must say that the installer at BlackBoxMyCar did an excellent job! The installation is very neat and clean, it almost makes it look factory/OEM which I love. I had a few follow up support questions regarding the cloud features and connecting to a Hotspot vs using WiFi and Katrina was very helpful to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend BlackBoxMyCar (see Katrina) and would buy again from this company.
My wife recently had an incident where another driver was doing his road rage and forgot he left too late to where he was going. We decided to “cam up” just in case of any issues. I am speechless at how clear these cameras are and the picture quality!! Do not settle for less, the 900S 2 ch went way beyond our expectations in quality. We bought 1 for each of our vehicles. THANK YOU BLACKVUE!!!
The case works exactly as designed and will protect from someone tampering with the cables, the wifi/format button as well as accessing the SD card. The only inconvenience is having to take it off once a month to format the SD card as recommended by BlackVue.

Check Engine Light on my son's car lit up, parts store that used to read codes will not any more due to pandemic. I watched a Scotty Kilmer review of this product and figured it was time to get one as I do as much of my own car maintenance and repair as I can. Searched for a Canadian retailer and found BlackBoxMyCar, there price is in $CAD is in line with the $USD price, ordered Friday and arrived on Monday. Not only was I able to read and clear code it allowed me to look at real time values to help pin point the component problem (you do have to do research and learn to interpret the data). If you do your own work and drive old beaters like I do getting this tool is money well spent!
After much research, I decided on the Viofo A129 Duo (purchased from BlackboxmyCar) for a couple reasons. 1) It has capacitors which endures the heat better than batteries. 2) User friendly/intuitive App for my iPhone allows me to check on activity surrounding my car while I’m away from it.
Watched and read several reviews for the latest 4K dash cams and opted for the Thinkware U1000. This was my first foray into dash cams and wanted to get what I felt was the best on the market. Yes, it was one of the priciest but it was well worth it! Did a cross country trip from Los Angeles to Chicago and wanted the camera to record / document the road trip. Bought a separate 128GB microSD since the one that comes with the camera is way too small. The video quality is great and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I will also highly recommend buying from BlackBoxMyCar as they had the best pricing plus I received the package way sooner than anticipated. I had one question when installing and tried calling but it was already after normal business hours. To my surprise, they called me back the very next day asking what I needed even though I did not leave a voicemail - guess they saw the caller ID record and took the proactive approach to customer service. All in all I love the U1000 and BlackBoxMyCar.

Great camera system. I have been using Thinkware for 5 years and they consistently have the best dash camera systems out there and this one is no different. This is my second purchase from BBMC and it could not have been easier. I did have a problem in that I had to buy a longer length of wire to hardwire the Cellink Neo but I was actually anticipating this. Overall I'm once again very satisfied.

Not only am I happy with the dash cam but more happy with the phone support I received on 2 occasions after I ran into some issues with my hardwire installation. Both support reps were real people not located in some far away call center. Both reps were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will be utilizing BBMC for all future dash cam needs!
I ordered my dash cam, and it shipped out on the same day. It then travelled half of the country in one day and was delivered the next day. Beat that Amazon!

Took three tries to get correct fuse taps not viofo or black box fault. Be nice if they shipped with based on vehicle type.
I wrecked the cable that came with my unit so I needed to order a replacement! It came to my door in under 3 days. And this is during the COVID-19 outbreak! Absolutely amazed with the turn around time and the product is great. Thanks again!!!

I don’t install yet
It has been 4 days since the installation of the Cellink NEO Battery, serviced by a fantastic installation team. The NEO gives me an ease of mind knowing that it has added an extra 13-15 hours of running time to my Dual Channel Thinkware U-1000 dash cam system whilst my vehicle is turned off (parking mode). First off, it has been less stressful for me when starting my car because I don't see the "Battery Discharged" warning anymore, knowing that the NEO has put less strain on my car battery. Additionally, with a 40 minute drive-to-charge time frame, it isn't bad at all as my commute to and from work equates to approximately 45 minutes. Therefore, I get a full charge on the NEO that gives me 20-22 hours of run-time on my dash cam. One advice I would give to potential dash-cam buyers in making the jump to buy this battery is: if you haven't gotten a dash cam yet and if you are opting for the installation service, purchase your dash cam and the NEO together and pay for just 1 installation. I made the mistake of having to pay for 2 separate installation services because I decided to buy the battery later on and could have saved $200.
I installed this on the small space right hand forward of the spare tire. The thickness of the Cell link Neo is just perfect. It it was a little bit thicker the rear cover will not be flush with the floor. Negative connection was done directly to the vehicle 12V accessory battery as it is mounted at the right rear tail. ACC input was connected to the accessory rear 12V outlet. Cell link Neo powers 2 Garmin dash cam minis.
I wish the Cell link Neo have an option to change the name in the app. I have another Neo battery on another vehicle and it is hard to remember the serial numbers. But overall it works great.
