BlackboxMyCar.com, May 2012
Time has flown by, and this month marks BlackboxMyCar’s 9th anniversary! Thank you to all of our customers, fans, and supporters who have helped us get to where we are today from the bottom of our hearts. We are excited to continue to provide outstanding customer services and the best dash cams to our community. While we say this every year, we honestly would not be where we are today had it now been without our customers, team, family, friends, partners - so a big thank you to everyone.
As we recognize our 9th anniversary, we have sweet deals and great causes lined up from now through May 31.
From now through May 31, when you purchase on BlackboxMyCar.ca, we will donate 1% of sales to the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities, and the donation is made at no extra cost to you.
BlackboxMyCar has always believed in Jumpstart's mandate to make a more inclusive Canada where all kids can access sport and play. And your purchase will help us support the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities and their dedication to helping kids overcome financial and accessibility barriers to sport and recreation and ensuring inclusive play for kids of all abilities.
Since 2005, Jumpstart has helped over 1.1 million Canadian children between the ages of 4 - 18 in communities across Canada. Jumpstart allows kids to explore a range of options, from team sports like hockey, soccer, and ringette to life skills like swimming, skating, martial arts, and much more.
Whether it’s the chance to try a new sport or to continue with a favourite one, no kid should be left out.
Your purchase will help us support Make A Wish America in their wish-granting operations. Make-A-Wish America® is the largest wish-granting organization in the US. The wish experience gives the wish kid and family a respite from the stress of dealing with a critical condition. In many cases, the allure of a wish experience is a source of inspiration for children undergoing difficult medical treatments and a positive force that helps them overcome their obstacles.

BlackboxMyCar is a company I am immensely proud of. And it’s not just about the business itself, it’s the people. The dedication, the talent, the parties, the support to charities, the support they give each other, the values - there’s so much to this company today it’s impossible to sum it all up in one article. I’ll just leave this here with a simple sign-off. Here’s to whatever comes next, and I’m sure it’ll be big.
