BlackSys Connection is where you can access the videos stored on your dashcam's memory card as well as view the live stream which is useful when aiming the camera. Live streaming does have a 2-3 second delay and is not ideal for using as a backup camera and the main purpose is to aim the lens. This is a sample of the live view home screen.
Live View
To access live view, click the signal/car icon, the left side for the front view and right side for rear view. In our sample here the rear is greyed out as the rear camera wasn't connected.
Video Download/Stream
To download a clip, hit the down arrow icon next to the file size of the file you want to save. One benefit of saving a clip to your phone's hard drive is to ensure they don't get overwritten. Once downloaded you can access these via the Internal Storage section from the app's home screen.
If you only want to view the video clip and not save it, simply click the file name/time
On the left side of this screen there are some buttons that will help your organize your viewing a bit better. If you are running a large capacity micro SD card you may have hundreds of files on here so it can come in handy. The videos are either A for always/normal driving, M for motion detection/parking mode footage, and E for event which is when the G-sensor was triggered or the event button on the rear of the CH-100B was hit.
In this sample below we clicked the always button so only the Always mode footage is displayed.
