The actual installation of the dash cam was fine, hence the 2 stars. However, the installer damaged part of the trim inside my brand new vehicle and refused to take accountability for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know after the experience I had.

Excellent service. They respond very quick. They also providing professional advice for your installation. They care the costumer rather than the money. I really recommended to my friend who wanted to install the dash cam.

I had great service from Grayson! He had to solve the problem of my dashcam continually asking me to format my card and having to jiggle the front power cable to get the dashcam to power up and stay on. He solved it by replacing the power cable which stopped the format issue but not the power up issue. He advised plugging into the gps power and problem was solved. The camera has been working great ever since. I was impressed that he took the time to figure out the problems in the least amount of time without resorting to replacing the camera itself. I had bought the dashcam from Grayson and I was very pleased with the explanations and service he provided.

We orginally purchased our dual channel thinkware 1000 cameras with batter back up over a year ago. We had an incident where our rear window was broken and when the glass technician removed the cammera they brike the connection on the cable. We contacted blackbox my car and made arrangements to have a new cable installed and the camera rettached. They arranged to get us in promptly and did all the repairs. We could not be happier witb the product and installation services. I would highly recommend blackbox my car and thier installation services if one is considering an installed camera system

BlackboxMyCar has a user friendly online booking system, which I used to request an installation service for a Thinkware Q800 Pro. Terence responded the next day requesting clarifications. I had a previous dash cam hard-wired in my car so it is not a straight forward installation service. He took time to clarify the specific needs of the service to make sure the time slot assigned to my appointment was accurate and I would be charged fairly. It was a breeze on the day of the service - I dropped off the car; they called to let me know the car was ready about an hour and half later. They scaled back the original quote because they only needed to install the back camera to my hatchback. All the staff were very friendly. I recommend their service!

Excellent installation. I can barely tell that they removed the interior trims to install my dash cam. The installation looks very professional! They provided me a nice quiet place for me to wait and keep myself occupied while the team worked their magic. Definitely recommending my friends to come here.
