If a goal is scored by either team during the 20th minute of play (match clock 19:00 through 19:59, regulation time only) of the World Cup Championship Match on July 19, 2026 (the "Conditional Event"), all customers who purchase an eligible product during the promotion period will receive a full refund (excluding taxes and shipping) of their qualifying purchase. See the official promotion terms below for details:

1. Promotion Period

PlayAbly, Inc. ("Sponsor") is offering the "Gamified Rebate" Promotion ("Promotion") beginning on July 6, 2026, and ending on 11:59 PM ET on July 18, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Promotion Eligibility

Promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry. A correct answer to a skill-testing question is required to be awarded any Rebate or Prize (see Section 13). The following persons are not eligible: Sponsor; any of Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative or agent of any of the foregoing persons and their immediate family members or members of the same household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time and its decisions as to eligibility are final.

3. To Participate

Entry Method 1 (Conditional Rebate Promotion): Purchase any product from BlackboxMyCar on blackboxmycar.ca using code MAGIC20 during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Product"). Customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the promotion period ("Qualifying Purchase") will receive a full refund (excluding shipping and taxes) if a goal is scored by either team during the 20th minute of play (match clock 19:00 through 19:59, regulation time only) of the World Cup Championship Match on July 19, 2026 ("Conditional Event"). If the Conditional Event occurs, all customers who made a Qualifying Purchase are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid (excluding taxes and shipping) for the Eligible Product ("Rebate") by following the Rebate terms in Section 4. If the Conditional Event does not occur, no rebates will be awarded. Limit one (1) Rebate per person/household. Products are not eligible for a refund unless requested prior to the Conditional Event; any refund requested before the Conditional Event will no longer qualify for a Rebate. Following the Conditional Event, customers may only request an exchange, granted at BlackboxMyCar's sole discretion.

Entry Method 2 (Mail-In Entry): Mail a handwritten postcard to PlayAbly, Inc. at 3242 Lincoln Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816 including your Full Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, Mailing Address, and "BlackboxMyCar" Promotion. If the Conditional Event occurs, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible mail-in entries to receive one (1) BlackboxMyCar Gift Card of $150 CAD (see Section 6). No purchase necessary to enter or win. Postcards must be written by the entrant only; no third-party services; each mailed individually (no bulk); limit one (1) per person/household. Customers who make qualifying purchases are not eligible for mail-in entry, and mail-in entrants are not eligible for purchase-based rebates. Entries must be postmarked and received by 11:59 PM ET on July 18, 2026.

4. Rebate Terms

If the Conditional Event occurs, Sponsor will send an email to the address associated with the Qualifying Purchase containing a link to a Typeform® to collect the information necessary to process the rebate, including the customer's Interac e-Transfer email or PayPal account name. To claim the rebate, customers must complete and submit the Typeform® within forty-five (45) days of the email delivery date and must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. Customers are solely responsible for completing all required forms accurately and providing all requested documentation (which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, and/or legal residence) and for any taxes arising from the rebate, and may be required to submit an IRS Form W-9. Failure to timely or fully submit will result in forfeiture of the rebate. Rebate payments will be processed within thirty (30) days following Sponsor's receipt and verification of all required materials.

5. Random Drawing / Odds for Mail-In Entries

Within seven (7) days of the Conditional Event, Sponsor will select one (1) mail-in entry winner by way of a random number generator from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the mail-in prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the occurrence of the Conditional Event.

6. Mail-In Entry Prize

If the Conditional Event occurs, one (1) mail-in winner will receive a BlackboxMyCar Gift Card valued at $150 CAD (the "Prize"), provided via email and usable only at BlackboxMyCar. Gift card terms apply; not redeemable for cash except as required by law. The total minimum retail value of each Prize, and of all Prizes, is $150 CAD. No cash value, no prize transfer, and no substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to unavailability (in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded). All taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, who may be required to submit an IRS W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

7. Winner Notification / Verification / Additional Prize Restrictions

The potential mail-in winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the Conditional Event. If there is no answer, a phone call may be made and a voice message left. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to complete and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility and IRS Form W-9 (if required by law), or be disqualified. Proof of identity, age, and legal residence may be required. If the potential winner does not respond in time, or any prize or notification is returned undeliverable, Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate by another random drawing. Sponsor will hold all winning entries for at least sixty (60) days following the Promotion. For a copy of the Official Rules or Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a hand-written request identifying BlackboxMyCar and the sweepstakes promotion period to: PlayAbly Gamified Rebate Promotion, Free to Enter c/o Landonis Enterprises, 3242 Lincoln Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816.

8. Warranties and Representations

By participating, eligible customers and mail-in entrants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Promotion terms and the final decisions of the Sponsor, and further grant Sponsor and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor, Brand Partner, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, BlackboxMyCar, FIFA, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees, officers, directors, and agents (the "Releasees") are not responsible or liable for: communications, network, hardware, software, or technical failures; lost, late, garbled, or misdirected entries or messages; any condition beyond the Sponsor's control; or printing errors. By entering, customers agree to abide by these terms and the Sponsor's final, binding decisions; consent to the use of their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without compensation to the extent permitted by law; and release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance of any Rebate or Prize. Internet entry must be made only at the authorized Promotion Page blackboxmycar.ca or by the methods above. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with the Promotion or acting disruptively, and if the Promotion cannot run as planned (for example, due to virus, fraud, technical failure, or other cause affecting its administration, security, fairness, or integrity), Sponsor may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend it.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PROMOTION PAGE. EVERYTHING ON THE PROMOTION PAGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any Rebate or Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Customers waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or attorneys' fees, and to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with these Promotion terms and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at https://playably.ai/policies/privacy-policy.

12. Severability / Headings

If any provision of these Promotion terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Headings are used solely for convenience of reference.

13. Canadian Residents — Free Entry, Skill-Testing Question & Odds

No purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, hand-write and mail a 50-word original essay describing why you want a BlackboxMyCar dash cam, together with your Full Name, Telephone Number, Email Address and Mailing Address, to PlayAbly, Inc. at 3242 Lincoln Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816, postmarked and received by 11:59 PM ET on July 18, 2026. No-purchase and purchase entries have an equal chance of receiving the Rebate or being selected for the Prize. Skill-testing question. Before any Rebate or Prize is awarded, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question (for example, "(12 × 3) + 8 − 5 = ?"). Odds and value. If the Conditional Event occurs, every qualifying entrant is entitled to the Rebate (100% of the product subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping); odds of being awarded the Rebate are therefore 1 in 1 upon the Conditional Event. The approximate retail value of the mail-in Prize is $150 CAD; odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Quebec.
