I received my order exactly 24 hours ago.
First the camera system itself
A couple cons so far: a few language issues with some of the manuals and phone apps associated with the product. Their translation team going from Korean to English wasn't the best, however I've seen much worse. So this is a very minor con. In my opinion the adhesive for the front and back cameras should be much stronger. Maybe my problem with the adhesive was caused by having to do the install outside at 2 degrees Celsius. In the end I was able to get everything set and secure.
A couple pros so far: very good video quality. The unit is much smaller than I thought it would be based on the website photos. This is good as it's very light weight as well as discreet, making it difficult for others to see. The desktop app and phone app associated with the camera work great for me and allow a ton of configuration options and easy access to video files. I know it's only been 24 hours but I would recommend the camera system if you have the money.

Pros: Fantastic website and resource section giving detailed YouTube videos for everything associated with the camera including installation and how to use the phone and desktop apps. Hugely helpful. Their customer service representatives are also knowledgable and eager to answer any questions. They used Fed Ex for shipping my package and 3 days and 3200km later I got it in perfect condition. Most importantly black box included some extra adhesive for both the front and back camera. This already saved me! Super thankful they added that!
Cons: the 3mn BlackVue cable adhesive mounts are garbage. I bought 8 and four of them were dead on arrival (the adhesive had died), and the other 4 had weak adhesive that barely stuck. On the plus side I also ordered the trim tool and that worked great so I didn't end up needing more than 2 of the cable mounts anyways.
