As the title says, the cameras are good and I like how it supports 256GB card, view is clear. Front camera can be easily removed thanks to a mounting bracket, rear cam can rotate 360 degrees so cable management is easier.
The software is very messy, if you look at their site they want you to install two apps:
1. Dash Cam Link
2. Thinkware connected
If you try to follow their instructions you'll end up not knowing what to do because I could not get the barcode to work in Thinkware Connected even manually typing in. I ended up figuring it out how to use the apps.
1. Signup for a Thinkware profile
2. login into Dashcam Link app (all next steps are within this app)
3. hold the wifi button till it blinks
4. connect dash cam (it may take a few tries)
5. it should connect. If not try force closing the app and wait till the wifi icon on the cam is solid before repeating 3 and 4
6. After you connect it the first time, if you want to connect to the cam, you dont need to hold the wifi button everytime, you can just click connect on the app.
after that's all figured out it's ok, because sometimes it still takes a few tries.
I think it's a barely 4 star item all because of the app.
